Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Dedo platform — e-commerce store-building services, management dashboards, and connecting advertising and tracking tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1) The service

Dedo is a SaaS platform that lets merchants create and manage their stores, manage products and orders, and connect marketing tools (such as Facebook/Meta and TikTok) at the merchant's choice. The service is owned and operated by Long March for Digital Marketing And Programming.

2) Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • The information you provide at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms or the law.

3) The merchant's responsibility for their store

  • The merchant is solely responsible for their products, prices, store content and policies (shipping and returns), and their dealings with their customers.
  • The merchant undertakes not to sell products that violate the law or the policies of the connected advertising platforms.
  • Dedo is a technical intermediary that provides the tools and is not a party to the sale between the merchant and their customer.

4) Acceptable use

  • Using the platform for any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity is prohibited.
  • Attempting to breach the service, misuse its resources, or circumvent usage limits is prohibited.
  • Infringing the intellectual-property rights of others in store content is prohibited.

5) Subscription and payments

Some features are available through a paid subscription at the prices published on the Pricing page. Plans and prices may change with reasonable prior notice, and any change does not affect the current paid period.

6) Third-party connections

When you connect external services (such as Facebook/Meta or TikTok) you are also subject to those platforms' terms, and you are the one who grants the permissions and can revoke them at any time. How we handle connection data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7) Intellectual property

The platform, its design, its code, and the Dedo mark belong to Long March for Digital Marketing And Programming. Store content (products, images, text) remains the merchant's property, and you grant us an operational license to display it within the service only.

8) Limitation of liability

We provide the service "as is" and make reasonable efforts to keep it available and secure, without guaranteeing it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the service.

9) Termination

You may stop using the service at any time, and you may request deletion of your data under the Data deletion section. We may terminate or suspend the service for accounts in violation after reasonable notice, unless the violation is serious.

10) Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and publish the latest version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the published version.
